Are you getting enough physical activity? The University of Missouri Extension encourages you to maintain or increase your activity this summer through a statewide initiative called 100 Miles, 100 Days.

100 Miles, 100 Days is a no-cost movement program open to all of Boone County. This program motivates you to be active this summer. Starting June 17th, start or continue moving in whatever way you enjoy - biking, dancing, swimming, even strength training. You can set any activity goal that you want to do and keep a log of your progress. You will receive weekly reminders and motivators and have until September 25th to meet your goals.

Register for 100 Miles, 100 Days online on the MU Extension website at https://extension.missouri.edu/events/100-miles-100-days-0 or through the Boone County Extension Office (1012 N Hwy UU, Columbia, 573-445-9792).
