The ballot should be returned to the Carroll County Extension Center. Office hours are Monday-Friday, 9a.m.-12p.m. 1:00 p.m.-5:00p.m. Voting ends January 30th at 12:00 a.m. The ballot box will be in place from January 23, 2023, to January 30, 2023. Ballots must be returned no later than 5:00p.m. on January 30, 2023. No ballots received after the deadline will be counted.
