Building Trust Through Transparency and Action Trust is not an abstract concept—it is reflected in behaviors, decisions, and relationships. This fireside chat will feature a dynamic discussion centered on real examples, lived experiences, and actionable steps for strengthening trust within Extension. We will explore research-based insights and feedback on current trust levels, highlight practical approaches for fostering open dialogue in safe and brave spaces, and share strategies for promoting alignment across sectors—including campus, field faculty, and councils.
Participants will also have the opportunity to voice requests and ideas that move us from measuring trust to actively building it in meaningful, observable ways.
