This newsletter corresponds with Lesson 6 of the Show Me Nutrition Second Grade curriculum. This newsletter contains simple suggestions to help children quickly and easily prepare protein-packed snacks. It also includes ideas on getting physical activity and building strength with kids in a safe and fun manner. Two family-friendly recipes are included.
