The University of Missouri Extension Council in Madison County is seeking a professional, friendly, and organized individual to perform customer service, bookkeeping, website updates, event coordination, and other office duties.  This position is an employee of the University of Missouri Extension Council in Madison County and is responsible for a variety of secretarial work and some office management for the Madison County MU Extension program.  The position is located in Fredericktown and consists of 40 hours per week.  Regular work hours are Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Minimum requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, effective written and verbal communication skills, and proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and bookkeeping. The starting salary is $10.50 per hour and benefits include employer-sponsored health insurance and retirement matching contributions.

Online training offers convenience and flexibility. Participants can log in at any time and can take all 16 lessons at once or can break the training up in 15-minute intervals. No meetings to attend and no travel expenses mean both time and money will be saved.
