Employee-facing policy site for MU Extension personnel who coordinate volunteer-led Extension programming. Program areas that will benefit from the site include program coordinators for Master Gardeners, Master Naturalists, Osher, etc.)

This is NOT a Canvas course. You are free to explore the contents of the site in any order you choose. 

* * MO 4-H has its own policy site which includes information on this site plus 4-H-specific policies. (Missouri 4-H employees should use the 4-H Policy and Procedure site. Contact Stephanie Femrite for assistance with the 4-H Policy and Procedure site.) 

Site Organization

The manual is divided into sections, which are further divided into topics. The sections are listed by headings below (the black text over the gold background). "County Organization" is an example heading.
 
Click on each heading to access the contents. The sections are divided into topics. Under the section "6. Liability," topics appear as tabs. For example, under "6. Liability," the topics of "6.1 Defense and Protection," "6.2 Accident & Illness Insurance," etc., are listed on separate tabs. Clicking on the tab "6.1 Defense and Protection" reveals the University policies and resources related to the topic.

This online policy guide provides risk management policies for program coordinators (faculty and staff) of volunteer-led Extension programs.
