2011 county platbook available
The 2011 Lafayette County Missouri Platbook contains landownership maps showing acreage and parcel boundaries by township; aerial views of the public and private roadways; and maps of waterways, railways and section lines. The book includes boundary maps for municipalities, political townships, school districts and zipcodes. Wall maps also are available. Platbooks are $35 each, and maps are $50. Both are available at the extension center in Higginsville.
Goat Production Workshops
Interested in learning about reproduction and health aspects of goat production? You are in luck! University of Missouri – Extension, Lincoln University Cooperative Outreach Extension, and Lafayette County 4 – H are cooperating on a workshop focusing on reproduction and health aspects of goat production. Workshop will be held on June 28th at the Higginsville Community Center in Fairgrounds Park in Higginsville, MO. The workshop will start at 5:30 p. m. and cost $10 per person.
