Private pesticide applicator training

 

MU Extension provides private pesticide applicator training for producers as required for Missouri Department of Agriculture certification. Private Applicator Training (PAT) will be available in office by appointment. Call 573-888-4722 to schedule an appointment for renewal or a new license.Individuals who would like a a copy of MU Extension publication M87, Private Pesticide Applicator Reference Manual can come by the extension center.

 

Congratulations to Sherry McClelland for the 2017 Frank Graham Volunteer Leadership Award!!!!

 

Sherry McClelland has been a volunteer with 4-H for over 10 years. She is the club leader of the South Dunklin 4-H Club and volunteered with the previous 4-H Rodeo Club in years past. Not only does she volunteer for 4-H, she is also on the Dunklin County Extension Council. In the past year, she and her husband have started a livestock show at the Delta Fair and it was the first one in ovr five decades. She works hard to make her small club well known and continues to try to grow her club and connect with the county fair and community service activities.

  • Lessons feature hands-on learning and include group discussion with instructors

  • Graduation certificate, recipe book and other freebies provided upon completion of the program

  • FOOD-prepared by the chef and you...the class participants! 

 

      Class Information: 

Classes will be held at the Dunklin County Caring Council (Community Kithchen), 311 Kennett, Missouri 

Meets: March 7,9,14,16,21, and 23, 2017

Time of classes: 1:00pm untill 3:00pm
