COLUMBIA, Mo. – University of Missouri Extension will hold a free school on early-season disease scouting and the “MU Certified” Strip Trial Program 9 a.m.-noon Tuesday, June 29, in Auxvasse.
The event will be at Rothermich Farms, where attendees can see strip trial plots and host Linus Rothermich will tell of his experiences as a program participant.
Other speakers include MU Extension agricultural engineer Charles Ellis and MU Extension nutrient management specialist John Lory. Both work on cover crop strip trials with Rothermich.
