This newsletter corresponds with Lesson 9 of the Show Me Nutrition Fourth Grade curriculum. Preteens and teens can be concerned with their appearance, and images found in the media can have a negative effect on how young adults view their bodies. This newsletter addresses a healthy body image and how you can encourage your child to develop and maintain a healthy outlook.
