If you have an account, but forgot your password, go to the Login page. Choose the "Forgot your password?" link at the bottom of the form. You will be asked for your email address. An email with a link to reset your password will be sent to you. Note, the email with reset link may go to your Spam or Promotions mailbox, rather than your regular inbox. Please check there before contacting us. If you did not receive the email, contact MU Extension customer service.

Online courses
Canvas online courses utilize an account distinct from your account on the MU Extension website. When creating your Canvas account you may have entered a different password or even a different email address. Although your Canvas account uses an email address as the Username, this field is case-sensitive. You must enter the Username exactly as you submitted it during account creation. Requesting a password reset will fail if the Username does not match exactly.

If your course or program included a certificate, you can view and download the certificate when you have completed the course or program. Certificates are issued automatically upon completion and can be viewed at any time.

A link to download the publication will be presented upon completion of the order. You can also access your downloadable publications from your account dashboard by going to My account > My dashboard > My downloadable products.
Most publications are printed on demand and are produced within three to five business days of the order placement.
