Description

Organic materials available in our gardens or farms such as grass clippings, fallen leaves and kitchen scraps can be utilized to make a valuable product, compost. Compost provides various essential nutrients to the plants. In this workshop, speakers discuss about composting- it's benefits and process during preparation. Presenters also talk about preparation of vermicompost, Bokashi compost, compost tea, green manures and utilizing animal manures in the gardens and flower beds.
