Walk with Ease


No matter if you need relief from arthritis pain or just want to be active, the Arthritis Foundation’s Walk With Ease 6 week walking program can teach you how to safely make physical activity part of your everyday life. Studies show that Walk With Ease is proven to:

Reduce the pain and discomfort of arthritis
Increase balance, strength and walking pace
Build confidence in your ability to be physically active
Improve overall health 

Participants will meet virtually via ZOOM three times a week to receive education about physical activity, discuss successes & challenges, and have time for Q & A.. Participants will walk on their own (or with a buddy) 3 times per week and keep track on a weekly activity log.
