The "Gift of Aging" Conference, offers a comprehensive approach to aging education, providing those 55 and older with essential information and resources. The conference is designed to provide essential information and resources through a comprehensive and holistic approach to aging. Key topics will include estate planning, protecting oneself from scams, the importance of physical therapy, healthy meal planning, medication management strategies, aging in place tips and tricks, and caregiver resources. The conference aims to empower older adults with practical tips and informed decision-making skills, ensuring they can lead healthier, safer, and more independent lives.

Target Population: Older adults, 55 years old and above, who live in Hannibal and the surrounding areas within the Northeast region of Missouri.
