Ever wonder what’s the next step on your journey to advancing your supervisory and management skills?  Specifically designed for the experienced supervisor or manager who wants to boost their effectiveness, this 2-day workshop challenges you to explore how leadership inspires and motivates followers to achieve their full potential:

• Explore the role of emotional intelligence in leading others.  Since 50-70% of an employees’ perception of the working climate is linked to the emotional intelligence of their leaders, it is imperative that leaders become intentional with their relationships, igniting passion, enthusiasm, and commitment from others. Participants will take the EQ-i 2.0 assessment and explore their personalized results across 15 subscales that make up the 5 composites of emotional intelligence and how their interplay can define markers of success or create blind spots.  Then, identify strategies to boost your emotional intelligence when leading others.

• Go beyond simply coaching employees and learn how to identify, plan, and conduct talent conversations that grow your employees’ knowledge, skills, and abilities.  Discover how to hold employees accountable for their own development that ultimately sparks improved performance and employee engagement.

• Leaders lead to affect change.  However, managing the transition people go through when faced with organizational change can be a perplexing and daunting undertaking and starts by creating a culture of change.  Explore how leaders guide others through this process and what you can do to influence your organization’s culture and climate to be open, trusting, and future focused.
