Stay Strong, Stay Healthy - Level 2

Description

Employees, retirees and community members are all invited to participate in this eight week strength training program that includes a full warm up, 8-10 muscle strengthening exercises, and a cool down lead by a certified instructor. Exercises can be modified to all fitness levels and experience. All equipment provided. 

Choose to attend via Zoom or In-person.

Note: To participate over zoom, camera and microphone are required.
