Setting Boundaries to Reduce Burnout

Description

We teach people how to treat us and when we haven’t set or adhered to boundaries, we often find ourselves overworked and stressed out. Setting boundaries is a form of self-care; it defines what behaviors are acceptable and communicates how we would like to be treated. Boundaries should reflect your values therefore helping us feel respected and safe.  It’s also a way to avoid burnout. This session highlights the importance of setting and maintaining boundaries and how to protect those boundaries when it’s so vital for our wellbeing.
