Living a Healthy Life with Diabetes - Tuesday Evening Program

Description

Living a Healthy Life with Diabetes is an online interactive six-week group program for people living with type 2 diabetes, pre-diabetes and their caregivers. This course is designed to help participants better manage their diabetes symptoms such as fatigue, pain, and emotional issues through skill building activities such as problem solving, action planning and much more. This is an evidenced-based program developed at Stanford University. Participants will receive a free Living a Healthy Life Book and Relaxation for Body & Mind CD for participating. 

This class meets weekly over Zoom. You will receive a link to access the course following registration.
