Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Pain
Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Pain is a six-week group program for those living with chronic pain. This highly interactive program focuses on techniques to deal with feelings of isolation, poor sleep, appropriate exercise, medication use, nutrition, and communicating with family, friends and health team. This course is an evidenced based program developed at Stanford University and now managed by the Self- Management Resource Center.
This class will be held virtually via Zoom. The first week will be ensuring participants are familiar with utilizing Zoom and giving more information on the background of the course.
