The Chronic Pain Self-Management Program (CPSMP), Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Pain, is a six-week group program for those living with chronic pain. This highly interactive program focuses on techniques to deal with feelings of isolation, poor sleep, appropriate exercise, medication use, nutrition, and communicating with family, friends and health team.CPSMP is an evidenced based program developed at Stanford University and now managed by the Self Management Resource Center.
