Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions is a six week, evidence-based interactive group program to help people gain self-confidence in their ability to control their symptoms and learn how to successfully manage their chronic condition(s). Topics include dealing with feelings of fear and isolation, appropriate exercise, medication use, nutrition, managing depression, how to evaluate new treatments, and communicating with family, friends and your healthcare team. This class will be held virtually using Zoom. The Zoom link will be sent 48 hours before class begins.
