Living a Healthy Life, also known as The Chronic Disease Self-Management Program (CDSMP), is a virtual six week, highly interactive group program to help people gain self-confidence in their ability to control their symptoms and learn how their health problems affect their lives. Topics include dealing with feelings of fear and isolation, appropriate exercise, medication use, nutrition, managing depression, how to evaluate new treatments, and communicating with family, friends and health team. Living a Healthy Life is an evidenced-based program developed at Stanford University. 

This class will be held virtually using Zoom. The Zoom link will be sent to those registered 48 hours before class begins.
