Missouri is setting records for marijuana sales. The number of patient approvals for medical marijuana continues to increase, and more dispensaries are opening their doors each day. With the influx of supply and demand, many employers and labor unions are jointly concerned about the legal implications of medical marijuana in the workplace. This panel will address common questions impacting Missouri employers and employees and will provide practical tips and real-life examples.
