Quality for Keeps:  Home Food Preservation includes workshops on a variety of topics that focus on safe and correct food preservation methods in the home setting. This course will look at current standards for pressure canning, including hands-on in-person preparation of a pressure canned product. 

All participants must pre-register; registration closes Tuesday, September 27 at 11:00 PM. If you are signing up for this class and one or both of the following classes, please email Liz ([email protected]) for a $5 discount code for each additional class.
