Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) Certification Training

Description

This HACCP training covers the basics of designing a Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) plan and is accredited by the International HACCP Alliance. This course is hosted by the University of Missouri Meat Processing Workforce Development Program.  Individuals that complete the course will receive a certificate indicating they are a HACCP trained individual.  Furthermore, their name will be added to a registry of HACCP trained individuals, maintained by the International HACCP Alliance.

Event requires registration as course size is limited to 40 individuals.

*Course fee covers class materials, refreshments, and some meals (Friday and Saturday- lunch and dinner).
