The Fire Service Leadership Enhancement Program (FSLEP) is a unique professional development program designed to enhance the leadership skills of fire and rescue service executives. The goal of FSLEP is specifically to prepare fire and emergency service leaders for the opportunities and challenges they face today and in the future. The University of Missouri Fire and Rescue Training Institute has partnered together in cooperation with the Missouri Association of Fire Chiefs and the Missouri Association of Fire Protection Districts to sponsor the Fire Service Leadership Enhancement Program.
2021 Course Meeting Dates
January 13-14 - Understanding and Working with People
February 17-18 - Developing Leadership Skills
March 17-18 - Managing Challenges of the Future
Fee: $650. All three sessions are included and must be attended to graduate.
