Dining with Diabetes is a cooking class for adults with diabetes or pre-diabetes or anyone who cares for a person with diabetes. Join us once a week for four weeks to learn about meal planning, label reading, physical activity, self-monitoring, goal-setting and more. We will prepare a diabetes-friendly meal each week. You will receive a resource book and recipes.
