Dealing With Difficult People


The ability to deal with difficult customers is critical to any organization. Those in customer service positions will eventually encounter difficult customers, angry customers, and just plain rude customers. This experience can be stressful and make an otherwise enjoyable job, unpleasant, and even intolerable. In this 20-minute focused session you will learn the skills necessary to be able to calm customers down, address their concerns, solve their problems, and sometimes win them back.
