Conventional Vegetable Production Series - Self-Paced

Description

This 21-class self-paced series takes a deep dive into conventional vegetable production. This class series is designed for aspiring or existing growers selling vegetables for profit, although all interested are welcome to register. The series offers an overview of key components and considerations of developing a successful vegetable production system, as well as crop-specific classes on a wide variety of vegetable crops commonly produced in Missouri. This self-paced series (no live/scheduled classes) gives you access to all 21 class recordings as well as virtual office hours with MU Extension specialists. The virtual office hours (via zoom) allow you to ask questions about course content or engage in deeper discussion about class topics. Students will also be provided a link for the course resource page that includes helpful publications and resources for each class topic.  Access to view the class recordings concludes on November 20th.
