Confined Space Entry and Rescue

This course covers hazard analysis/risk assessment; incident response planning; rescue equipment; personal protective equipment; safety, roles of the safety officer; continued size-up; medical surveillance; training for the entrant, attendant and supervisor; planning response for entry-type confined space rescues in hazardous environments, implementation of the planned response and the Incident Command System. In accordance with NFPA 1670 Standard for Operations and Training for Technical Rescue Incidents and 29 CFR 1910.146 Confined Space Rescue.
