Description
This program helps families identify and build on their strengths, face challenges, and make informed choices. Learn to identify and build family strengths to make your family even stronger. You can learn new skills to help you improve your communication, increase your child's self-esteem, manage stress, and much more!
Family Strengths - What are they? How can they be stronger?
Communication - Want to get your message heard? How does nonverbal language play a part in communicating? Learn how to break down barriers in family communication.
Positive Discipline - Manage behaviors in effective ways.
Managing Stress - Understanding the dynamics of stress on the family.
Setting Goals: Go For It - What is most important to you? How to set goals to achieve them.

A minimum of 5 participants required for the class to be held, in the event of cancelation, your fee will be refunded.
