This course examines the concepts, processes, and institutions, which are fundamental to an understanding of the supply chain management in a global environment.

Topics covered in this course include
(1) supply chain strategic framework,
(2) inventory management,
(3) supply chain coordination,
(4) sourcing decisions,
(5) transportation in a supply chain,
(6) supply chain network design, and
(7) planning and coordinating demand and supply.
