- 4-H Ambassador Contest, due December 15
- Open to any Adair County 4-H member who has completed one year in 4-H. Past ambassadors may apply again in the same age category, but preference will be given to new applicants. A 4-H story is due Dec. 15 to the Adair County Extension Center. The 4-H story should include who you are; a little about yourself, family, etc. Further paragraphs should talk about your experiences in 4-H, and most importantly, what you have learned in 4-H. Think “life skills”. Finally, include information about why you would be a good representative of the 4-H program. Then, on contest day, you will give a demonstration and have a personal interview. - 4-H Teen Conference

- State 4-H Meats Judging. This contest is open to all 4-Hers. Youth will register in 4-H Online from Jan 1 to February 1.
