Reception planned to honor Ron Turner

A reception honoring Executive Vice President and Director Ron Turner for his years of service and commitment to University Outreach and Extension will be from 3-5 p.m., Dec. 9, in Columns Room 208C, Reynolds Alumni Center, Columbia. The University of Missouri Extension Association and Missouri Extension County Council Leadership Council will co-host the event. All faculty, staff, council members, retirees and friends are invited to attend.

Those who would like to contribute to a book of letters, cards and photos should send their contributions to Sherri Helm, secretary to the executive vice president, 309 University Hall, Columbia, MO 65211 no later than Dec. 3.

Well-wishers who are unable to attend the reception may call in and record a brief audio message, which will be compiled and presented to Turner at the reception. To participate in the audio greeting, call 573-882-7794, between 1 and 4 p.m., Nov. 25 or 26.
