The team will be co-chaired by Ron Turner, UM executive vice president and director, and Brady Deaton, MU provost and executive vice chancellor.

In addition to Turner and Deaton, transition team members, who will be working over the next six weeks, are Rhonda Gibler, UO/E director of administrative management; Chris Koukola, assistant to the chancellor for university affairs; Debbie Robison, MU interim vice provost for extension; Tim Rooney, academic budget and research officer in the MU Provost's office; Pat Sobrero, UM associate vice president; and Sandy Stegall, extension communications coordinator.

Deaton said he expected to see "new energy from working together," and Turner said that the transition should be "seamless" on the county level so that educational program delivery can be enhanced for citizens of the state.
