University business policies updated

Recently, changes were made to the University of Missouri Business Policy Manual for incidental expenses and awards, gifts and prizes; the telephone and communication devices policy.

Columbia campus policy revisions include moving expenses and cellular/wireless service.

MU Extension is developing a unit-specific policy on cellular/wireless service, said Callie Glascock, administrative manager.

UECRDA seeks award nominations

The University Extension Community Resource Development Association is seeking nominations for three awards. Distinguished Service Awards are presented to association members for outstanding work in community development and business development. The Friend of UECRDA is presented to a non-member who has made significant contributions to the MU Extension community development or business development programs.

Nominations should include the nominee’s name and contact information and a detailed description of the individual’s work, including outcomes. E-mail nominations to Dean Larkin, association president, no later than 5 p.m. Oct. 15.
