Penalty mail changes won't affect graphic standards

Graphic standards for letterhead and newsletters will remain unchanged when penalty mail changes go into effect Oct. 1. Letterhead and newsletters still will be required to include the cooperating statement, logo and non-discrimination statement.

"The cooperative statement is still appropriate as it identifies the partnership among the University, county extension councils and USDA," says Sandy Stegall, extension communications coordinator.
