University Outreach and Extension regional faculty can find information on the UM Educational Fee Reduction for Spouse and Dependents is available from the Professional Development website.
Eligible regional faculty and staff should submit the form directly to Julie Middleton, 828 Clark Hall, Columbia, MO 65211; for verification of eligibility. Approved forms will be sent directly to the campus where the spouse or dependent is enrolled with a copy sent to the employee.
When completing UM Form 85 - Authorization for Educational Fee Reduction for Spouse and Dependents, employees should provide their employee ID number in the "EMPLID" box, rather than their Social Security number. The EMPLID can be found in the top left of the pay stub.
