4-H Day with Royals planned

Missouri and Kansas 4-H will co-host 4-H Day with the Royals, Aug. 31, in Kansas City.

Tickets for the event are $18. Individuals who sign up will receive a commemorative t-shirt featuring the 4-H and Kansas City Royals baseball team logos. A tailgate party for participants will be held before the game.

A raffle to benefit 4-H scholarships will provide participants with the opportunity to throw out the first pitch. Proceeds will be split between the Missouri and Kansas 4-H foundations.

Ticket orders are due July 18. Groups who wish to sit together should submit their orders in one package. Order forms are available online.
