UO/E Week planning resources available on web

Resources are available to assist councils and staff in planning for University Outreach and Extension Week, May 18-24.

Among the resources available are publicity ideas and strategies for communicating with stakeholders, the media and casual users of extension programs. Councils also may order certificates of appreciation for financial support of local extension programs. Requests, including the date of presentation, should be sent to Extension Communications by April 25.

Counties also are asked to report activities planned during outreach and extension week. Events will be compiled into a statewide calendar. Send reports via e-mail to Extension Communications.
