Homemakers history now available

"Sharing Rich Lives through FCE," a history/memory book of the Missouri Association for Family and Community Education is now completed.

The 250-page book is filled with the history of the extension homemaker, beginning in the early 1900s up to the present. Memories from Missouri homemakers and University of Missouri home economists and advisors, as well as pictures, are included.

Copies may be ordered for $10 each, plus $3.00 postage, from Betty Schalk, FCE president, 5118 County Road 534, Poplar Bluff, MO 63901. Books also will be on sale at spring district meetings and at the FCE Annual Conference, Sept. 4-6.
