"Gangs, Girls and Guns" is the title of the second annual Youth Violence Prevention Conference, April 17, at UMSL. The conference will explore gang violence, crimes committed by females and the growing body of research on the role of guns in violence.
Twelve experts from around the country will deliver presentations. The conference is designed for law enforcement, public health workers, teachers, youth advocates and other who work with young people.
