4-H extension assistant position opens

The 4-H Youth Development Program is seeking an extension assistant to work with faculty in supporting and directing three initiatives: Project Pass (Camdenton School District); North Central Rural Development 4-H Afterschool project (National 4-H Council); and Extension Cares-School-age Care training (University of Georgia). Responsibilities include program planning and management; project site coordination and support; communication with sub-contractors and funders; planning educational events; reporting; program monitoring; and evaluation. A master's degree in education, sociology, social work, human development, public administration or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be demonstrated, is required.
