With the closure of the Nutrition Communication Center in MU Human Environmental Sciences Extension, all state nutritional sciences specialists, as well as other faculty, will be responding to questions and requests for information, says Jo Britt-Rankin, interim human environmental sciences program leader.
Questions and requests may be sent via e-mail to Nutritional Sciences Extension. The mailbox will be monitored daily. In addition, specialists can call (573) 882-2428 with questions and requests.
"We will try to respond within 24 hours, at the maximum, 72 hours," says Britt-Rankin. "As this is a new system, we are interested in your comments and suggestions. Our goal is to provide rapid response to all of your inquiries."
