1. Choose a class.

2. Complete the registration form before the registration deadline.

3. Make non-refundable payment of cash or money order to University of Missouri
   Extension Council and note Get Checking
   on it. Cancellations will receive credit to
   attend class within one year.

4. Mail or drop off registration form and

5. You must provide a copy of your
   ChexSystems Report prior to getting your certificate. Your information will remain confidential. To order your report, call ChexSystems at 1.800.428.9623 or visit
   their web site www.chexhelp.com.
   
   Note: It may take two weeks to receive
   your report. Class instructors prefer you to have your ChexSystems Report at the first class.

Bring a valid ID (driver's license, state-issued ID card, passport, etc.) to both classes.
