Conference Registration Fees
- Pre-Conference Fee $125 includes designated meals, breaks and registration materials. It will begin Monday, May 7, 2007 at 12:00pm and continue through Tuesday, May 8, 2007 at 11:30am.
- Main Conference Early Bird Registration Fee $350 (available until March 30, 2007)
- Main Conference Regular Registration Fee $450 (available March 31 - April 27, 2007) The Main Conference will begin Tuesday, May 8, 2007 at 12:00pm and continue through Thursday, May 10, 2007 at 11:15am. The Main Conference fee includes designated meals, breaks and registration materials.

- Ground transportation from Kansas City International Airport is available as follows. KCI SHUTTLE (Hours 5:50am-11:25pm) $16.00 per person - $27.00 round trip per person. Leaves from Baggage Claim area at 5 minutes to the hour and 25 minutes after the hour. Reservations are not required. For additional info, please call KCI Shuttle service at 800-243-6383. SHUTTLE SERVICE IS WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE WITH CHAIR LIFTS* (Maroon vans and buses with yellow lettering that say KCI Shuttle.)
Participant Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Cancellations must be made in writing to the conference office by April 27, 2007. There will be a $25 processing fee for cancellations. Refunds will not be made for cancellations received after April 27, but you are welcome to send a substitute in your place.
