The Taking Care of YOU program can help you gain a fresh outlook and skills that can lead to a happier and healthier life.
This 8-session program series offers practical, effective strategies and experiences to help you better deal with the challenges in your life. Managing life's demands in a healthy way allows you to take better care of yourself and to improve your overall health. The classes typically meet weekly for one hour.
