St. Louis Master Gardeners offer horticultural expertise at the Kemper Center for Home Gardening at the Missouri Botanical Garden.

Plant Doctor Desk Plant Doctor
Master Gardeners diagnose sick plants and provide treatment recommendations. This walk-in service is available from 10 a.m. to noon and from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m on Monday through Saturday.
Horticultural Answer Service
Master Gardeners provide personalized answers to specific phone-in gardening questions from 9 a.m. to noon, Monday through Friday. Call 314-577-5143.

HORTLINE
HORTLINE contains information on a wide variety of gardening topics for regional gardeners. HORTLINE audio phone messages are available 24 hours a day at 314-577-9440. HORTLINE on the Internet contains the text of over 300 messages.

  Reference Library
Kemper Center's reference library offers more than 850 gardening books to help answer gardening questions.

Master Gardeners support the Kemper Center receptionist by assisting the public in the Kemper reference library, selling Home Gardening Fact Sheets, and answering horticulture questions.

Demonstration Gardens
Master Gardeners help plant and tend the Kemper demonstration gardens.
