Tackling
the Tough Skills™,
to help hard-to-reach adults and teens prepare for
the workforce. Conducts train-the-trainer workshops for using Tough
Skills curriculum with participants, including a 12-hour
Dean's Certificate
Program for Trainers offered through the University of
Missouri-St. Louis. Offers programs on parenting,
conflict resolution, diversity, leadership, workplace customer
service and communication skills to such audiences as parents,
teachers, teens, low-income families, ex-offenders and workers.
