Developed new life skills curriculum,
Tackling
the Tough Skills, to help hard-to-reach adults and teens prepare for
the workforce. Conducts train-the-trainer workshops for using Tough
Skills curriculum with participants. Offers programs on parenting,
conflict resolution, diversity, leadership, workplace customer
service and communication skills to such audiences as parents,
teachers, teens, low-income families, ex-offenders and workers.
