November 5 - ECCA Meeting, 6:30 p.m., St. Francois County Weber Road Facility, 1101 Weber Rd. in Farmington.  Our guest speaker is Pat Guinan, Professor of Climatology from the University of Missouri.  Pat will speak about drought impact reporting and the CoCoRaHS (community collaborative rain, hail and snow network), a volunteer precipitation reporting network. Anyone is welcome to attend and there is no charge for the program.
